Weekly Produce Box

A weekly supply of fresh living foods + recipes & nutrition advice to help you make the most of them.

Living foods form the foundation of the Alter diet. Comprised mainly of fresh vegetables and fruits, living foods not only provide essential nutrients, water and fiber, but also (we believe) vital contact with one’s environment. Fresh, local, seasonal, organic foods nourish a healthy gastrointestinal tract and immune system; support adaptation to place(environment) and time (season); and promote greater life force/ vital energy.

Boxes will be available for pickup each Tuesday from early afternoon to evening. Each Box provides one person with a week’s supply of the best fresh fruits and vegetables that we can obtain from local farms. From week to week, we'll balance keeping a tight radius of local suppliers with providing a good variety of foods.
