Ingredients

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp dried herbs, such as basil, oregano, marjoram

1 Tbsp mustard

1/8 cup extra-virgin olive oil

sea salt & freshly ground black pepper

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
Preparation

Put the vinegar, herbs, mustard, and oil in a shallow baking dish & stir to mix.

Drop in the chicken breasts and turn several times to coat evenly.

Heat a grill or grill pan. Put the chicken on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. (or use a counter-top electric grill for ~10 minutes total)
