• 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1-1/2 tbsp minced ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed or chopped
  • 2-1/2 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
  • 2 tbsp nama shoyu (or tamari)
  • 1 tbsp umeboshi plum vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • pinch of salt
  1. Steam broccoli just til bright green.
  2. Mix together the other ingredients and toss with the broccoli.
