- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1-1/2 tbsp minced ginger root
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or chopped
- 2-1/2 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
- 2 tbsp nama shoyu (or tamari)
- 1 tbsp umeboshi plum vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- pinch of salt
- Steam broccoli just til bright green.
- Mix together the other ingredients and toss with the broccoli.
