• 1 lb. carrots, sliced into rounds
  • 1-2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  1. Melt butter & olive oil in a large pot. 
  2. Add onion & carrots and saute until onions are translucent.
  3. Add sea salt & pepper to taste.
